Simple tips for health ( tip of the week 1)
Take a glass of warm water mix a small block of jaggery , two drops of lime and half table spoon of honey and drink every alternate day for 21 days. Avoid oil foods and see yourself sliming in shape naturally. Enjoy a great weekend.
